Age Bombs Keynotes –
Perspective Shifts with Purpose

The demographic shift is real, but our thinking hasn’t caught up. While life paths evolve and expectations grow, outdated views on aging still linger in many organizations. Age continues to be underestimated, misrepresented, or simply ignored. This is exactly where the Age Bombs keynotes come in.
Our shared future depends on how we think about age today
Age Bombs keynotes aren’t lectures, they’re perspective shifts with purpose. They shake up outdated age stereotypes, deliver sharp arguments, and open up mental spaces for new narratives around aging – cross-generational, cliché-free, and with a clear goal: to see demographic change as a real opportunity.
That mindset is what Robert Eysoldt brings to the stage. As a Creative Strategist, certified Business Coach, and founder of Age Bombs, he distills over 30 years of experience at the intersection of communication, culture, and creativity into bold ideas, emotional storytelling, and razor-sharp impulses. With clarity, humor, and data that sticks. For a new kind of togetherness beyond age boundaries.
Let’s rewrite age – beyond labels, clichés, and fake generational divides
For organizations, Age Bombs keynotes can be the starting point for real change: as a spark for transformation, an accelerator for cultural shifts, or a mirror reflecting what’s been left unspoken. The content connects directly to strategy, leadership, innovation, and communication – and reveals how age diversity becomes a powerful resource when we truly integrate it.
For audiences, they offer one thing above all: a shift in perspective. Age myths get exposed, outdated mindsets are challenged, and fresh insights emerge. Clear. Engaging. Grounded. And most importantly: relevant for building a future that goes beyond age lines.
What does Age Bombs bring to the stage? A selection of keynote topics:
Generation Nonsense
What the labels “Boomer,” “Gen Z” & Co. are really costing us and why it’s time to break out of the age boxes. This keynote explores the social and media-driven consequences of generational stereotypes and why we urgently need new narratives if we want to shape the future together.
Ageism kills Culture
How ageism blocks creativity and participation and what needs to change. A critical journey through arts, culture, and the creative industries, exposing the blind spots of outdated thinking. This keynote explores how inclusive cultural spaces can truly succeed when we rethink the age lens.
Skills over Stereotypes
Why age labels hold teams back and how to break free. An eye-opening take on team dynamics, leadership, and workplace culture. It shows how real collaboration only works when we let go of generational clichés and focus on what people actually bring to the table.
The Future is Ageless
How age diversity becomes a real competitive advantage – and what it takes to get there.
A strategic keynote about demographic shifts, innovation potential, and the question: What will matter tomorrow – and who will shape it?

His message: It’s time to ditch outdated mindsets and start thinking in new models.
Ageing with Tech Festival, Koerber Foundation, Hamburg (June 2025)
As part of the Ageing with Tech Festival, Robert Eysoldt spoke about why digital innovation needs to be designed not just age-friendly – but age-diverse. His keynote sparked a shift in perspective around technology, inclusion, and age narratives – showing clearly: digital transformation only works when everyone is part of the story.
Green Culture Festival, Essen, PACT Zollverein (June 2025)
