At the Intersection of Communication, Creativity & Change

Robert Eysoldt is a creative consultant, certified systemic business coach, and the mind behind Age Bombs – a creative and strategic ecosystem that develops new narratives, formats, and ways of thinking around age and aging. Conceived as a movement, built as a bold, creative consulting agency – on a mission to make age diversity visible as a force for innovation and embed it deeply into communication, culture, and organizations.
Formats that open space for change
For more than 30 years, Robert Eysoldt has worked at the intersections of communication, culture, technology, and social change. His strength lies in making complexity visible, questioning structures, and creating formats that spark real movement.
At the core is his belief that formats are spaces of possibility. They spark conversations, get teams moving, and push organizations into action. Not because they deliver content, but because they shift perspectives and open up alliances that once seemed out of reach.
Lead with purpose. Design for change.
Robert develops projects that bring identity, participation, and social change to life. Interactive conferences, participatory exhibitions, immersive showrooms, and digital campaigns create spaces for new experiences.
His path was shaped by roles at RTL Television in Cologne, Universal Music in Berlin, his own creative consultancy ZEROOVERHEAD, and the network CREATE BERLIN, where he served for several years on the board to strengthen the international visibility of Berlin’s creative industries.
He also launched his own initiatives, such as Farbwerte, an artistic exploration of national symbols, and GIF ME YOUR BEST, a project that puts digital creativity in the service of political expression. Each of them acts as a statement in its own right.
His strength lies in connecting disciplines, perspectives, and interests in ways that spark dialogue and drive actions with real impact.

Age Bombs – the radical continuation of a long journey
What Robert has built over more than three decades now comes together in Age Bombs—a creative and strategic ecosystem that breaks old age stereotypes, makes age diversity visible as a strength, and sets organizations in motion. Conceived as a movement with conviction. Structured as a creative, strategy-driven agency.
It started with a birthday – and a wake-up call
The impulse to start came on his 59th birthday, with the realization that statistically three quarters of his life were already behind him. What followed first was the urge to look closer: What does aging really mean, and what forces shape it?
Out of that reflection grew the insight that demographic, cultural, and social change is no longer abstract—it has become deeply personal and political. From there came the call for new structures, new questions, and new ways of working and thinking. And with it, the chance to rethink age, if we are willing to challenge routines and embrace alliances across generations.
Shaping the future – one format at a time
For Robert, one thing is clear: age diversity needs formats, strategies, and narratives that are firmly rooted in communication, leadership, design, and culture. With Age Bombs, he exposes age bias, shifts perspectives across age boundaries, and helps organizations, teams, and individuals rethink their structures, processes, and mindsets.
Think differently. Design boldly. Experience change.
In keynotes, workshops, coaching sessions, and public interventions, Robert Eysoldt combines systemic thinking with creative intent – creating spaces where change isn’t just discussed, but experienced.
Because only when we begin to question our images of age do we make room for what truly matters: a shared future.
