Next Level Coaching for People in Motion navigating the In-Between

Sometimes you reach a point where you know: the level you’re on is coming to an end. The next one? Still out of reach. And even though you’ve lived, achieved, and tried so much, there’s this feeling: it’s not over. It’s just different. But how?
Welcome to your transition time.
I’m Robert Eysoldt – Creative Strategist, certified systemic business coach, and founder of Age Bombs. In my work and in life, I often meet people living in an in-between time: the current level is played, the next one already within reach. In between lies a space full of possibilities, ready to emerge – even if much of it is still in the fog. I know that feeling all too well from my own experience.
The real barriers? They’re usually inside us.
We often look for the reasons for this in-between state on the outside: in the system, in rigid structures, or in other people’s expectations.
But the real resistance usually runs deeper — in our own beliefs that keep us stuck, in patterns that block us, in fears of the unknown, and in reflexes that make us smaller than we are.
Today’s life paths are anything but straight lines — they twist, loop, and change direction.
It used to feel like the path was clearly marked: school, career training, job, retirement. Today, our life stories unfold like open maps full of options — with detours, loops, and sudden turns. Roles, goals, and life designs shift again and again. That opens up new possibilities, but it also brings moments when your inner compass spins out.
Transitions don’t follow a timetable. They can appear suddenly and pass quickly — or stretch out like a long leg of the journey. Sometimes you can see the destination. Other times, you’re moving through fog. And that’s when navigation gets tricky. I know this terrain well — I’ve traveled it myself, again and again.
Clarity comes when you give yourself time.
From a systemic perspective, transitions aren’t temporary fixes – they’re intense phases of inner movement. Times when old patterns crack open and new perspectives emerge, if we’re willing to take a closer look.
That’s exactly where clarity is needed. And clarity comes when you give yourself the time to explore your inner terrain. Through conscious reflection. Through methods that give you structure. And within a safe space where the things that have been with you for a long time can finally come to the surface.
What does that have to do with age?
Sooner or later, it shows up. Sometimes openly, sometimes between the lines. As a thought, a glance, a label. That’s how age becomes what you believe about yourself, what others project onto you, and what you get to redefine for yourself.
Who is this coaching for?
Next Level Coaching is for people who want to move consciously from one level to the next—not out of crisis, but out of necessity and an inner drive.
It’s designed for the culture, media, and creative industries—sectors I know inside out—but it works anywhere people with high personal responsibility are looking for orientation.
For companies, Next Level Coaching is also a powerful tool: transitional phases are critical moments. When a leader gains clarity and direction here, it prevents costly detours.
Is there room in the coaching process to dive deeper into topics that are currently on your mind?
Absolutely! Next Level Coaching isn’t a rigid program, it’s a process that adapts to what truly matters to you. Whether it’s about ownership, positioning, or aspects of lived age diversity, we can go deeper into the topics that are in motion for you and help move you forward.
What to expect
— An individual coaching process.
— Six 75-minute sessions over roughly 6 to 9 weeks.
— In person (Berlin) or remote.
— With a short, optional follow-up three months later.
Systemic. Strategic. Creative.
Next Level Coaching blends the best of two worlds: the structured depth of systemic coaching and the vision and creative freedom of strategic design work.
That means you get—within a framework we agree on beforehand—both. The clarity to understand what’s driving you, and targeted thought-starters to help you develop new perspectives and not just identify your next level, but actively shape it.
What guides me
I work with a clear systemic approach: always solution-focused, mindful with resources, and with an eye for every perspective. No unsolicited advice. No pre-made templates. Instead, openness, curiosity, and a willingness to meet you at eye level—every step of the way.
And when it fits the process, I bring in impulses from my experience as a Creative Strategist. Because sometimes, it’s not just about reflection, but about offering a clear direction—an idea of how you could move into action. Always, of course, only if that’s what you want.
How is the Next Level Coaching structured?
Transition times are like new terrain: the rough contours are visible, but the details only emerge once you start moving through it. Sometimes it’s about your work, sometimes your personal life—often both at once. These are the phases where one level is ending, and the next is already palpable, but not yet clearly in sight.
This coaching gives you a clear yet flexible structure: a map that draws itself step by step, with space for reflection and – if you want – targeted input, fresh perspectives, and strategic clarity.
You decide where to pause, what to go deeper into, and when to move forward. I hold the space and accompany you on this path—with six consecutive checkpoints that give you orientation between where you’ve been and where you’re headed.
What You’ll Take Away
— Awareness of where you currently stand
— Clarity about what’s shifting within you
— Language for what has so far only felt vague
— A grounded stance for what’s ahead
— And the courage to consciously shape your next level
On top of that, you’ll leave with your Next Level Map – your personal chart packed with valuable waypoints. It’s created throughout the process and stays with you after the coaching as a compact guide for navigating your way into your next level.
What It Costs – and What It’s Worth
Next Level Coaching is a highly personal process where I work with you over several weeks—with a clear structure, proven methods, and a safe space for the themes that truly matter in your transition.
Between the six sessions, you’ll receive optional short impulses and feedback to keep your process moving. At the end, you’ll hold your personal Next Level Map in your hands—full of waypoints and orientation for the time after the coaching. Three months later, there’s an optional short follow-up to hear what’s shifted for you since then.
For individuals, the price is €1,800 plus 19% VAT.
For companies, pricing starts at €2,800 plus 19% VAT, depending on scope and integration into existing development programs.
Because I only work with a limited number of coachees at a time, spaces are limited. This ensures that every coaching process gets the depth, clarity, and focus it deserves.
The first Next Level Coaching programs start in October 2025.
To kick things off, I’m offering the first 3 coaching spots at an introductory rate of €1,400 plus 19% VAT.
Please note:
Coaching in English starts in 2026.
Until then, the program runs in German only.
Is there also a compact format?
Yes. If you already have a clearer vision of your next level but need methodological and strategic input to actually reach it, the Compact option is the right fit. In three 75-minute sessions, you’ll gain a clear assessment of where you stand, structured reflection, and concrete steps that move you confidently into action.
Your investment: €980 plus 19% VAT.
