What if one level ends and the next one isn’t within reach yet?

There are moments when life hits an invisible boundary. The current level feels played out, successful but no longer in tune. At the same time, the next level is already there, felt but not yet within reach. In that in-between space, tension builds. And even when it is clear that things will move forward, one question remains: How?

The in-between as a condensed process

Transitions from one level to the next are often underestimated. Routines may still hold, yet the inner map is already shifting. What emerges is an in-between state, a suspension where orientation is missing but change is unavoidable.

Between clarity and losing control

From a systemic perspective, such transitions are condensed phases of inner movement. Old patterns break open and new perspectives become possible. For orientation to emerge, it takes time, reflection, and structures that consciously support this process.

How age shapes the story

Age also plays a role. Sometimes it is obvious, sometimes subtle between the lines, as an attribution, an inner image, a societal lens. In this way, age becomes part of one’s own narrative: shaped by what is believed about oneself, by what others project, and by what can be redefined.

Especially in these moments of renegotiation, what is needed are spaces that provide orientation and consciously support development.

Next Level Coaching

For people seeking orientation in phases of transition, Robert Eysoldt, founder of Age Bombs, developed Next Level Coaching. It provides a clear framework to consciously explore the in-between and to shape the next level with clarity.

What makes it special: Next Level Coaching combines the depth of systemic coaching, which creates clarity and structure, with creative strategy work that opens up new perspectives.
