Our society is changing fast. It is getting older, more diverse, and more complex. But many of our structures are still lagging behind. The stories we tell about age, work, and belonging no longer match the lives we actually live. We need new spaces where we can rethink and renegotiate how we want to live and work together.

The future is getting older. Time to reshape it.

The Age Forward Lab is a curated space for thinking and shared experience. It brings together people from different disciplines, life stages, and professional backgrounds. They see demographic change as an opportunity and want to actively explore and shape what comes next.

After successful labs in Berlin, Hanover, and Graz, the Age Forward Lab is now coming to Zurich. On May 7, it will bring together up to 25 people. These are people who are ready to stop thinking about the future through old patterns and start renegotiating it from the ground up.

— How do we design transitions that empower instead of slow people down?
— How do we turn demographic change into a real opportunity?

What to expect

— A curated lab day with no more than 25 participants, designed to create space for real conversations and meaningful connections.
— Insights from different angles on age, work, change, and the future.
— Space for your own questions, experience, and topics, so the lab connects with your everyday reality and your field of work.
— A facilitated process where exchange, reflection, and shared development come together.
— New connections in a setting small enough for real encounters and large enough for fresh perspectives, with people who care about the same questions you do.
— Full-day catering and an optional dinner.
— Individual social media content before and after the lab to support your visibility.
— A shared action paper capturing the day’s key insights, designed to spark ideas for organizations, teams, and your own projects.

Facilitation & Process

The lab will be facilitated by Robert Eysoldt, Creative Strategist and founder of Age Bombs, with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of communication, creativity, and change. He will bring in focused impulses, connect the different perspectives in the room, and guide the process throughout the day. He will be joined by the HelloQ3 team.

The agenda is not completely fixed. It will also be shaped by the topics, questions, and possible impulses participants bring into the room.

Anyone who would like to contribute a thought or a short input can coordinate it in advance. If it fits the content and timing, that contribution will become part of the day’s final flow.
