Age Forward Lab – Züri dänkt Alter(n) nöi, Zurich
The world is getting older. But many of our structures still belong to the past. Life paths are getting longer, careers are changing shape, and entirely new roles are emerging.
That raises some big questions:
– Who decided that a career should end at 60+?
– What kind of work fits a 100-year life?
– And how do we turn demographic change into an opportunity?
These are the questions we’ll explore and work on together in the Age Forward Lab.
The Age Forward Lab is a format by Age Bombs from Berlin and takes place in Zurich in cooperation with HELLOQ3. If you’d like to actively shape the future of an aging society with us, send us a message.

Co-Aging Salon @ BEYDES #03, Berlin
At the third Co-Aging Salon on Thursday, April 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, we’ll explore a simple but powerful question: What holds us back from living the way we actually want as we get older? We’re looking forward to an impulse from Claudia Mattheis, managing director of the mattheis advertising agency and founder of LIVVING.de, a platform and podcast focused on new and collaborative ways of living. She will talk about housing models that already exist and about the inner hesitation that still keeps many people from engaging with them. Her observation: the ideas are there. What’s often missing is the willingness to think about them early enough. Afterwards, there will once again be plenty of time for conversation and exchange over a drink.
Admission is free.
The registration link will follow.

Age Forward Lab: Age Is Not a KPI, Berlin

Together we’ll explore how work is changing, what new perspectives are emerging, and what it takes to deal differently with longer and more diverse career paths. The Lab is curated and limited to a maximum of 25 participants.
You’ll find more information about the Lab here.

For the show she travels across Germany, meeting them in nursing homes, care facilities, or in their own homes, and invites them to share their stories. Lisa will talk about encounters that move you, surprise you, and shift the way we look at aging. And about what happens when we truly listen. Afterward, there will once again be plenty of time to continue the conversation over a drink.

Raves stand for freedom, ecstasy, and belonging. Yet as people get older, many experience subtle or open exclusion. In the club, in bookings, backstage, or simply as part of the scene. So how deeply is ageism embedded in the techno cosmos? At the Reeperbahn Festival, the conversation turns to fractures, barriers, and new pathways toward a club culture that truly includes everyone. Joining the discussion are Konrad Lauten, gastronomy and club expert, Anja Schneider, DJ and producer, Juel Tekie, cultural curator and founder of Kilowatt, Ulla Heinrich, curator and cultural manager, and Robert Eysoldt, founder of Age Bombs.
